Bathroom Transformation

The transformation of this Master Bathroom from traditional to contemporary makes a unique statement. Simple porcelain subway tile finishes the walls of the shower and floor with crisp Nano White walls.

Let’s not forget the lighting which really highlights the space and casts great light for the entire space.

Bathroom Transformation part 2

The shower is the icing on the cake. After removing the tub we create a large his and her spa with glass, teal herringbone pattern tile for the back wall. Two thermostatic shower faucets, niches and a cantilevered seat with linear drain.

Also included new tile in the commode area in a different pattern with blue and gray tones to pull everything together!

Bathroom Transformation part 4

Gray painted Shaker cabinets create a his and her space with Viatera Quartz countertops and undermount sinks with Kohler faucets. In addition we have custom framed mirrors with a hint of silver sparkle.

Bathroom Oasis

A master bathroom dream, subtle hues with champagne bronze accents. Raised panel painted door, NEW hardware, quartz countertops and undermount sinks make this an oasis to relax in.

Kitchen Refresh

Look at this stunning kitchen update cherry-colored cabinets painted white, NEW honed quartz countertops, marble back splash and copper hardware all lend themselves well to this kitchen refresh!

Modern Bathroom Update

Completely transformed this master bathroom remodel with new Shaker cabinets, granite countertops with undermount bowls, light fixtures, facets and more. Taking polished brass to brushed nickel gives this space a more modern touch yet still compliments the overall style of the home. Clean- sophisticated and well worth the investment.

Transitional Kitchen Design

This kitchen space refresh included painting cabinetry and walls fresh white, steam cleaning French tile flooring, replacing the eating nook chandelier and painting existing table and chairs, bringing in new wall and floor décor and refinishing of the butcher block countertop. The counter was removed and re-installed in one day!

Master Bath Refacing

New cabinet and drawer fronts expanded height and storage of existing cabinetry, with moldings to give built-in appearance and mimic master bedroom walls. New quartz countertops with undermount sinks, cabinet hardware and chrome fixtures, framed mirrors, updated frameless shower enclosure, and new lighting brought this master bath up to date.

Formal Dining Room Update

A new chandelier, window treatments and hardware, and wall décor brought a fresh look to this formal dining space in preparation for realtor showings.

Outdoor Living Room Refresh

Repurposing and repainting existing chairs and tables, we created an inviting outdoor gathering space. Design included pillow and chair selection, greenery and landscaping design and pressure washing of patio.

Whole Home Sale Preparations

For a home listing to become move-in ready, we selected and installed new paint and flooring selections throughout the house. MMK Home & Design also replaced fans and focal point chandelier. The listing sold within two weeks at asking price.
